About this role
Edenbrook South is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join their skilled nursing and post-acute care team. Responsibilities include conducting health assessments, creating personalized care plans, administering medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, educating residents and families, responding to medical emergencies, and maintaining medical records. Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, current state RN license, minimum 1 year experience in long term care, and strong communication skills.
