About this role
Direct Care nursing position providing skilled nursing care to people recently discharged from the hospital, needing therapy, and those needing long-term care. Responsibilities include administering medications (oral, topical, IV, injectable), performing wound care and treatments, conducting health assessments, creating and executing care plans, collaborating with physicians and therapists, educating families and residents, maintaining documentation, and overseeing LPNs and CNAs.
