RN CLINIC II

Registered Nurse, Primary Care Associate at Covenant Medical Group in Lenoir City. Full Time, 80 Hours Per Pay Period, Day Shift. Provides professional nursing care within an outpatient clinic setting and coordinates care planning with other disciplines as appropriate. Responsibilities include patient preparation, triage, assisting providers with examinations and procedures, maintaining medical records, scheduling appointments, patient education, and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members. Requires minimum of 3 years professional nursing experience, valid Tennessee RN license, CPR certification, and annual OSHA training.
