Registered Nurse - Full Time- Community Health Center- 5- 8's

The Registered Nurse (RN) works with all members of the Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Care Team by performing a variety of clinical and administrative patient-related duties. The RN actively participates in team huddles and care team meetings. Provides professional nursing care that is safe and effective. Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care in collaboration with physicians and practitioners. Provides leadership and supervision to all clinical staff. Coordinates department activities, ensuring safety of patients and staff. Services are provided based on the ages of the population served, newborn through geriatric (65 years or older). Requires graduate from an accredited school of nursing with current RN license, BSN preferred, at least two years of nursing experience, current CPR/BLS certification, and current California Nursing License in good standing. ACLS required if applying for Urgent Care/Occupational Health Services position.
