*About the Opportunity*
We are seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner who is interested in developing their own patient panel within an established clinical practice environment. This opportunity is designed for an NP who wants to grow professionally, build a patient base, gain real-world support in outpatient care, and potentially transition into a long-term revenue-sharing or profit-sharing relationship after a successful first year.

The selected provider will have the opportunity to see traditional primary care, urgent care, or outpatient patients under the guidance and oversight of an experienced MD and senior Nurse Practitioner. The practice is willing to support credentialing costs in exchange for a 12-month commitment and good-faith participation in building a sustainable clinical relationship.

*Role Responsibilities*
The Nurse Practitioner will be expected to:
* Provide high-quality patient care within the scope of NP licensure and applicable state law
* Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and follow up with patients in an outpatient setting
* Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
* Follow practice policies, clinical standards, and compliance requirements
* Participate in credentialing, payer enrollment, and onboarding activities
* Help build and maintain their patient panel through professional, ethical patient care
* Collaborate with the supervising MD and experienced NP as needed
* Maintain active licensure, malpractice coverage requirements, DEA/CDS if applicable, and required certifications

*Minimum Requirements*
* Active Nurse Practitioner license in the applicable state/jurisdiction

* DEA/CDS registration if required for the clinical role
* Professional liability coverage, or willingness to obtain coverage as required
* Strong communication and documentation skills
* Commitment to a 12-month practice development relationship
*Future Growth Potential*
After the initial 12-month relationship, the practice may consider a mutually agreed long-term structure, which may include revenue sharing, profit sharing, expanded clinical hours, partnership-track discussions, or a more formal paid contractor arrangement. Any future arrangement will depend on patient volume, productivity, professionalism, compliance requirements, and mutual fit.
Pay: $121,202.00 - $145,964.03 per year
