Nurse Practitioner

The selected provider will have the opportunity to see traditional primary care, urgent care, or outpatient patients under the guidance and oversight of an experienced MD and senior Nurse Practitioner. The practice is willing to support credentialing costs in exchange for a 12-month commitment and good-faith participation in building a sustainable clinical relationship. *What We Offer* The practice will provide: * Support with payer credentialing and onboarding * Listing on patient-facing platforms such as Zocdoc and other scheduling/visibility platforms * Clinical mentorship from an experienced MD and NP * Access to practice infrastructure, workflows, and patient scheduling support * Opportunity to develop an independent patient panel within the practice * Potential transition to a profit-sharing or revenue-sharing arrangement after 12 months * A supportive environment for a motivated NP who wants to grow beyond shift-based employment *Role Responsibilities* The Nurse Practitioner will be expected to: * Provide high-quality patient care within the scope of NP licensure and applicable state law * Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and follow up with patients in an outpatient setting * Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation * Follow practice policies, clinical standards, and compliance requirements * Participate in credentialing, payer enrollment, and onboarding activities * Help build and maintain their patient panel through professional, ethical patient care * Collaborate with the supervising MD and experienced NP as needed * Maintain active licensure, malpractice coverage requirements, DEA/CDS if applicable, and required certifications *Ideal Candidate* This opportunity is best suited for an NP who: * Is entrepreneurial and interested in building a long-term clinical practice * Wants mentorship and supervision while developing independence * Is comfortable participating in practice growth and patient panel development * Is clinically responsible, communicative, and professional * Understands that early-stage practice growth requires patience and consistency * Is interested in a future profit-sharing, revenue-sharing, partnership-track, or expanded contractor role *Minimum Requirements* * Active Nurse Practitioner license in the applicable state/jurisdiction * Board certification as an NP * NPI number * Ability to obtain payer credentialing * DEA/CDS registration if required for the clinical role * Professional liability coverage, or willingness to obtain coverage as required * Strong communication and documentation skills * Commitment to a 12-month practice development relationship *Future Growth Potential* After the initial 12-month relationship, the practice may consider a mutually agreed long-term structure, which may include revenue sharing, profit sharing, expanded clinical hours, partnership-track discussions, or a more formal paid contractor arrangement. Any future arrangement will depend on patient volume, productivity, professionalism, compliance requirements, and mutual fit.
