The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator and critical thinker who can expertly assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate care across multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best possible outcomes. Provides comprehensive nursing care, educates patients and families on treatment plans and medications, and champions patient safety and satisfaction. Shift: Monday – Friday, days.
