Registered Nurse RN (Full time Nights)

Primary Responsibilities Include: Monitor patient's medical and psychiatric condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care. Observe and interpret patient's symptoms and communicate with MD/NP. Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients. Communicate effectively with a variety of individuals and function calmly in situations which require a high degree of sensitivity, tact, and diplomacy. Perform routine procedures (vital signs, accu checks, assess pain, administering injections etc.) and document in patients' charts.
