Registered Nurse (RN) - ODP Client

Ability to provide attentive, hands-on care in a home setting Working knowledge of 55 Pa. Code Chapter 6100, ISP processes, and ODP incident management preferred, or willingness to complete training Successful completion of required Pennsylvania background clearances, including PATCH, FBI Fingerprinting, and or Child Abuse Clearance Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with the physician’s orders and care plan Ensure the health, safety, dignity, and well-being of the client at all times Observe, report, and document any changes in the client’s condition Maintain compliance with ODP regulations, agency policies, and documentation standards Collaborate with family members, supervisors, and other healthcare professionals to support quality care outcomes No perfume, scented products, or jewelry permitted while caring for this client If you are committed to providing exceptional patient-centered care and are interested in joining a supportive healthcare team, we would love to hear from you.
