Registered Nurse

Registered Nurses (RN) Case Managers oversee all medical services our clients receive which includes nursing, physical / occupational therapy, and home health aides. This begins with a comprehensive clinical assessment and creation of a specialized care plan, consistent with recommendations from the hospital, skilled nursing facility, and primary care physician. Direct nursing services include periodic health assessments, teaching, skilled intervention, care coordination, and medication management. All of this takes place in the client's home! Utopia provides a full spectrum of nursing services such as Medical / Surgical, Wound Care, Orthopedic Care, and Behavioral Health.
