Team Leadership & Collaboration: Functions as preceptor, charge nurse, unit educator, or clinician; coordinates care, delegates appropriately, and communicates with interdisciplinary teams. Professional Role Modeling: Supports hospital and nursing goals, practices compassionate care, maintains legal and ethical standards, and fosters respectful relationships. Documentation & Compliance: Maintains accurate, consistent patient records meeting regulatory standards and adheres to hospital policies, attendance, and safety guidelines.
