The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in the emergency room department. In collaboration with medical providers and other members of the care team, the RN provides individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care. The RN serves as an advocate for patients/families/caregivers and models a commitment to the organization's vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes.
Requirements
- 1+ Years of Experience Required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date)
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date)
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date)
- PALS Pediatric Adv Life Support (must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date)
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Associate Degree
- Trauma Nursing Core Course or TNCC Instructor (must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date)
