About this role
The Traveling Registered Nurse plans, organizes and directs home care services and is experienced in nursing, with emphasis on community health education/experience. The professional nurse builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities. Standard travel assignments are 13 weeks in duration. Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. Direct employment of Bridge Home Health. Upon completion of an assignment, the nurse may be reassigned to a new contract within the State of California. Instructs, supervises, and evaluates home health aide care every two weeks and LVN every sixty days.
