Registered Nurse position in the Medical Surgical Unit V at Monmouth Medical Center - Southern Campus. The unit is a fast-paced medical-surgical telemetry unit specializing in the care of postoperative surgical patients, including abdominal, bariatric, orthopedic joint replacement, urologic, and vascular surgeries. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive patient assessments, providing evidence-based medications and treatments, serving as a clinical partner to physicians, providing patient and family education, ensuring accurate EMR documentation, and contributing to interdisciplinary rounds.
