*What We’re Looking For*
✔ *Licensed NP/PA-C* in Oregon
✔ *DEA License* (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
✔ *BLS/CPR Certification*
✔ Passion for *geriatric care* and chronic disease management
✔ *Reliable transportation & home office setup*
*Location:* On the road – Eugene, OR
