Nursing Supervisor RN 7pm-7am

Come work for a 5 star facility! Essential Functions Serves as liaison between the clinical team, physician/physician extenders, diagnostic agencies and sources of referrals for new patients. Advocates on behalf of the clinical team by supporting and promoting a team environment. Supports and participates in the center's Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement Program. Reports pertinent clinical personnel issues and patient-care areas of concern to the Director of Nursing. Supervises and directs licensed and non-licensed nursing employees. Directs and supervises the delivery of patient care. Reports any significant change in a patient's condition to other clinical team members. Routinely conduct chart audits. Participates in clinical rounds with medical providers. Review physician orders with follow up . Address complaints and follow up in a timely manner. Participates in the admission, discharge, and transfer of patients. Provides report for new admissions. Performs other duties as assigned. Benefits: Paid vacation, holiday pay, sick time.
