About this role
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes or place of residence. Responsible for comprehensive patient assessment, care planning, coordination of services, and ongoing evaluation of patient needs. Provides skilled nursing services including wound care, medication management, IV therapy, and disease management. Delivers end-of-life care for hospice patients. Requires current active RN license in Pennsylvania, CPR certification, minimum 1 year nursing experience, valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
