Westchester Jewish Community Services (WJCS) is an award-winning, nonprofit, nonsectarian human services organization founded in 1943. Today, WJCS is the largest provider of licensed outpatient community behavioral health services and one of the largest human service agencies in Westchester County. We are currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join our outpatient CCBHC team in Hartsdale. The RN plays a critical role in ensuring the coordination of services related to medical conditions, screening/monitoring patients for gaps in preventative services, and physical health conditions related to behavioral health conditions and their co-morbidities. The RN provides screening and monitoring of key health indicators and health risks, as well as clinical monitoring for adverse effects of medications, including monitoring for metabolic syndrome and movement abnormalities. The RN will consult with other team members and coordinate care between the psychiatric staff and clinical team.
