Registered Nurse - Home Infusion Therapy Intake Specialist IV Solutions, LLC - Singlepoint Healthcare | Home Infusion Care Ready to make a meaningful impact from the very first patient touchpoint? Singlepoint Healthcare is looking for a Registered Nurse Intake Nurse Specialist to help coordinate safe, smooth, and compassionate home infusion care for patients. What You’ll Do - Assess patients for home infusion therapy - Coordinate care plans, supplies, and delivery schedules - Partner with home health agencies, referral sources, and pharmacy teams - Support patient and caregiver education - Monitor progress, therapy compliance, and care needs - Keep clinical documentation accurate and timely What You’ll Bring - RN license in the state of practice - Associate’s degree required, Bachelor's preferred (BSN). - At least 1 year of nursing experience in home health or infusion therapy is preferred or 2-5 years of nursing experience - Knowledge of infusion techniques, home care protocols, and patient education - Strong communication, organization, and patient-first mindset

Requirements

RN license in the state of practice

Associate’s degree required, Bachelor's preferred (BSN)

At least 1 year of nursing experience in home health or infusion therapy is preferred, or 2-5 years of general nursing experience

Knowledge of infusion techniques, home care protocols, and patient education

Strong communication, organization, and patient-first mindset
