Requirements
RN License
Bachelor's degree in nursing, social work, or a related field
2+ years experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in emergency room, critical care or ICU
Current licensure or certification in a relevant discipline (e.g., RN, LCSW)
Strong assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of community resources and services for patient referrals
