Provide resident care activities to residents who reside in the County of Lehigh skilled nursing facilities. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and ensure proper documentation. Develop individualized care plans in conjunction with other healthcare personnel. Update medical providers and residents' representatives with changes in status and care needs and document in residents' record. Coordinate care with residents and their families. Oversee the performance of nurse aides and support staff. Help bring joy to the residents in the healthcare environment. Qualifications: CurrentValid Registered Nurse (RN) license in PA.
