Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse (RN) - Staff/Med Surg I at Tidelands Health in Murrells Inlet, SC. Full-time, night shift (12-hour shifts). Responsible for managing individualized patient care through the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families, and supervising assigned team members. Duties include patient assessment, medication administration, therapeutic nursing interventions, patient/family education, documentation, emergency resuscitative measures, and shift change communication. Requires Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from NLNAC or CCNE accredited institution. BSN and MSN preferred. SC RN license required. BLS certification required within 30 days. ACLS preferred. Previous acute care experience preferred. Medium physical demand.
