Director Adolescent Behavioral Health RN

As the clinical leader and Director of Behavioral Health RNs and Behavioral Health Specialists you will have 24-hour accountability and oversight for your areas of responsibility which include organizational growth and marketing program. This is for the Behavioral Health Adolescents Unit. This is a 48 bed area. The position reports to the RN Senior Director, Chief Nursing Officer. You will have two Assistant Directors reporting to you and a staff of about 70-80 Behavioral Health RN's and BHS's. This exciting and challenging position allows you to use your clinical expertise to ensure the provision of high quality, compassionate, safe and cost-effective patient care. Your leadership skills will help you in overseeing direct care staff to include staff development and retention and staffing. As well as day-to-day operations, it includes financial oversight of departmental budgets and enhancing the patient experience.
