Field Administrator role at Alternate Solutions Home Health responsible for clinical and business operations oversight. Includes supervision of Director of Nursing, monitoring patient outcomes, ensuring regulatory compliance, fiscal responsibility, and collaboration with health partners.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, RN, PT, or equivalent experience per the state’s requirements Registered Nurse in the state of employment is highly preferred A minimum of five years of supervisory or administrative experience in home healthcare, or related health programs Expertise and Homecare background for multiple sites preferred Knowledge of guideline governing home health agencies Knowledgeable on nursing best practices Operational knowledge of HCHB software, PDA’s, ADP, Microsoft Office & Outlook preferred Valid driver’s license and auto insurance Capable of all physical demands
