The Transition to Practice (TTP) Clinical Educator is a skilled professional who specializes in the clinical learning environment. This includes all educational aspects of transition to practice programs, including but not limited to new employee orientation, RN Residency/Fellowship, Preceptor Program, and other educational courses/experiences.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in nursing (Required)
Master's degree in nursing (Preferred)
2+ years of experience in clinical education, CSC, academia or leadership (Preferred)
2+ years of experience in acute care hospital (Preferred)
Currently licensed as a registered nurse in the state(s) where practicing (Required)
Basic Life Support (BLS) (Required)
Nationally Recognized Specialty certification (Preferred)
Ability to travel up to 75% in market
