About this role

JOIN OUR TEAM AS A WEEKEND BAYLOR ASSESSMENT AND REFERRAL REGISTERED NURSE (RN)! $2,500 Sign-On Bonus ++ 100% employer-paid benefits OR additional pay if opt-out! Generous • • shift differentials up to $6.00 more hourly. Schedule: 12-hour – 8-hours on Friday 10:00am 6:30pm, and 12-hours Saturday and Sunday 7:00am – 7:30pm. The Weekend Baylor Assessment and Referral RN is a registered professional nurse who assesses and evaluates patients being admitted to the hospital, takes physician orders and does complete medication reconciliation. Must have good clinical skills and be able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited RN program
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum of three years experience in a psychiatric facility preferred
Currently licensed to practice by the Illinois State Board of Nursing
Must have a working knowledge of the DSM-X
Acute care
Behavioral health hospital experience
Emergency room experience
