Requirements
- Valid RN license with current registration in the relevant state or jurisdiction
- Proven experience in diverse clinical environments such as hospital medicine, emergency medicine, ICU/CCU, pediatric or neonatal units (PICU), or post-acute care settings
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy & physiology, ICD coding (ICD-9 & ICD-10), CPT coding, and HIPAA regulations
- Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR systems like Epic or Cerner
- Demonstrated ability to perform complex procedures including IV insertion, phlebotomy, venipuncture, sterile processing techniques, and aseptic technique adherence
- Critical thinking skills with experience in triage protocols and acute pain management
