Chiropractic Assistant / Front Desk

* Schedule appointments, follow-up visits, and coordinate with providers to optimize clinic flow * Support clinical staff by preparing exam rooms, handling basic medical supplies, and assisting with administrative tasks like ICD coding and documentation * Maintain confidentiality of patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and HIPAA standards * Manage phone calls, answer inquiries professionally, and direct patients to appropriate services or providers *Skills* * Must be fluent in Spanish able to translate Spanish to English * Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and basic life support principles are highly desired but not essential * Experience working in chiropractic office is highly desired * Familiarity with EHR systems and medical administrative support functions is highly desired * Ability to handle intake procedures, vital signs collection, ICD coding, and medication administration support confidently are a major plus * Excellent patient service skills combined with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities efficiently is essential This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow within the healthcare field while making a positive impact on patient care.
