We Are Hiring: Location: Cedar Park, TX Facility: Ascension Seton Cedar Park Medical Center Department/Specialty: ICU Schedule: Night Shift | Full-time 36 hours (3 - • • 12 hour shifts) - 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. Rotating weekends What You Will Do: Provide direct patient care as a Registered Nurse (RN), following established clinical protocols to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes. Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans, adjusting interventions to support recovery and clinical goals. Monitor, document, and communicate patient condition changes to the interdisciplinary team for coordinated, patient-centered care. Execute physician and nursing orders accurately while maintaining compliant and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR/EMR). Assess and coordinate discharge planning needs with the healthcare team to ensure safe transitions and continuity of care. What You Will Need: Licensure / Certification / Registration: Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
