Registered Nurse (RN)

ACT Registered Nurse - Our Registered Nurse works as a member of the ACT team, advocating and working with your assigned adult clients. The team is comprised of several members, each with their own focus with the client, including housing, vocational services, therapy, medical, and substance use. As our RN, you will oversee the medical needs of the clients, including nursing assessments, health histories, response to medications, need for physician referrals, and assistance with applying for Patient Assistance Program medications.
