Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans and physician orders. Administer medications and treatments safely while monitoring resident response and effectiveness. Document care accurately and timely in the electronic health record. Communicate significant changes in condition to the Nurse Manager, physicians, and family members. Provide guidance and support to CENAs to promote quality, person-centered care. Foster a respectful, compassionate environment for residents, families, and team members.
