Registered Nurse (RN)

CareBuilders at Home is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to conduct in-home assessments for clients who require support services in the home. Duties include conducting onboarding in-home assessments, creating non-medical care plans, onboarding new clients, educating patients and families, utilizing electronic medical record systems (AxisCare), and scheduling initial caregiver visits. Requirements include passing drug screening, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, proof of car insurance, social security card or birth certificate, negative TB skin test, and three work-related references.
