The Opportunity
This is not a traditional practice management role.
You’ll join at an early stage with the chance to help build a health center and a care model from the ground up. That means real ownership, real influence, and the ability to shape how clinical and operational excellence comes to life day-to-day.
There is also real complexity. Building a patient panel, establishing workflows, and creating a high-functioning team takes time, problem-solving, and resilience. For the right person, that’s exactly what makes this exciting.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
Build and lead a care team in a brand-new environment
Influence how care is delivered and coordinated
Improve outcomes for Medicare patients through a more thoughtful, proactive approach
Help define what “great” looks like as we scale into new markets
What You’ll Do
You’ll be at the intersection of clinical excellence and operational leadership, blending direct patient care with the strategic oversight needed to scale a growing practice.
