Personal Care Assistant

* Support clients with meal preparation and nutritional needs, ensuring dietary requirements are met. * Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties. * Document client progress and any changes in health status accurately and promptly. * Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. * Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities as needed. *Experience* * Familiarity with patient care techniques, including first aid. * Previous experience in caregiving, nannying, childcare or related field preferred ( 1 year minimum) * Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus. * Strong observational skills to recognize changes in client conditions effectively. * Ability to lift clients safely and assist them in mobility tasks. * Compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients and their families. * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. *License/ Certification and requirements* HCA (Home Care Aid) - Required (We will assist with registration if needed) Driver's License – Required TB test result CPR Background Check Caregiver must have a car that is insured.
