Home Care Registered Nurse (RN), Concord, New Hampshire | Up to $42/hour. Looking for rewarding part-time work? Interested in helping seniors in your community? MAS Home Care is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) to work with clients in or near Concord, New Hampshire. Provide care to patients in both a home setting and independent living facilities. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with the caregiving team, patients, and families to provide the highest level of care. Evaluate clients and develop care plans, provide training and education to patients, families, and care teams, assist with promoting client independence and healing, and demonstrate competency in carrying out patient care/treatments.
