The description of the position is listed below. 1. *Planning:* Provides for 24 hour nursing coverage of assigned area. Reviews staffing statics to anticipates and plan for unit needs. Effectively establishes priorities to support the philosophy, mission, and goals of Jackson Park Hospital and Medical Center. Displays an organized approach to job Translates plans into reality Assist in the development of unitbudget *2. Directing: * Supervises nursing care activities ofassigned area.
