About this role

This position is an extension of the Director of Nursing/Residential Service to provide leadership and supervision of an assigned cottage within the Nursing/Residential Department. This position accomplishes care through supervision, support and assistance to RN's, other Nursing/Residential staff and other team members. Additionally, this position provides administrative guidance during off duty hours as needed and supports treatment of clients that is family driven and youth guided.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or health-related field from an accredited college or university
Four years of experience as a Registered Nurse to include two years in a supervisory, administrative or consultative capacity and two years in a psychiatric setting
Current license as a Registered Nurse from the Maryland Board of Nursing or a current multi-state license in party states (NLC)
Motor vehicle operator's license valid in the State of Maryland
CPR certification (may be required)
Subject to call-in and substance abuse testing
