About this role
Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position at Lamprey Health Care, New Hampshire's oldest non-profit community health center. Duties include working with providers and interdisciplinary staff to care directly for patients, office-based nursing, triage, community outreach, and following standard evidence-based protocols and policies in a Patient Centered Medical Home model.
Requirements
- RN or LPN license is required
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an office setting or acute care environment is strongly preferred
- Previous primary care experience is also preferred
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
