Administrative Assistant

Ferny Fertility New York, a boutique-style fertility center located in the heart of Manhattan, is looking for a front desk receptionist/administrative assistant to join our growing team. We are looking for an efficient candidate who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This is an in-person position, so being able to commute to NYC every day is a must. *Description:* * Help providers record patient's notes and history * Inputting data * Check patients in and out * Chart Review and auditing * Assist with billing * Manage patient flow * Collect payments * Schedule patients * Receive incoming calls and redirect them as needed * Ensure that patient records are accurate and complete and all relevant documents scanned in * Provide referrals to patients * Perform various administrative tasks as assigned * Requirements: * * High school diploma/GED with 2 years of relevant working experience required. Some college education with 1 year of working experience preferred. * Excellent customer service skills * Flexible hours - must be available early morning and early evening
