Administrative Nurse Coordinator

* Facilitate communication between patients, physicians, and support staff to optimize care delivery * Maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient information and ensure adherence to privacy standards * Support the preparation of medical documentation required for billing, insurance claims, and audits * Monitor patient care plans and assist in tracking treatment progress to support clinical teams * Organize training sessions for staff on medical record management, HIPAA compliance, and documentation protocols * Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to streamline administrative workflows and improve patient experience *Skills* * Strong knowledge of nursing practices, physiology, and human anatomy * Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation standards * Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical record management software * Understanding of HIPAA regulations and privacy laws governing patient information * Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing medical records * Ability to communicate effectively with diverse healthcare professionals and patients * Basic knowledge of medical billing processes and insurance documentation procedures This position is a paid role designed for individuals committed to advancing quality healthcare through efficient administrative support.
