About this role
Wellspring is a statewide nonprofit dedicated to serving seniors, families and children throughout Michigan. We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Monroe Skilled Nursing and Rehab team. Responsibilities include providing skilled nursing care to residents, monitoring and assessing residents' status, communicating with physicians and families, implementing physician orders, administering medications, following infection control protocols, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team.
