Registered Nurse

Job Title: RN 1 Location: Bolivar TN Duration: 10 Months Rate: $30/hr. on 1099 Responsibilities: This position will cover Hardeman County Duties and Responsibilities: · Under general supervision, perform direct clinical services utilizing current nursing protocols and guidelines. · Document care provided thoroughly in the electronic medical record at the time the service is rendered. This will be measured by monthly chart reviews and bi-annual QI audit and/or internal audit. · Accurately document and code patient visits according to PHN Protocol and TDH Billing and Codes Manual. · Help achieve goals by promoting a supportive team environment through actions such as offering to assist coworkers, willingly accept new responsibilities as assigned, and working together to strategize ways to become more effective and efficient as a team. · Contribute to a culture of safety through following medication guidelines of the electronic health record, bloodborne pathogen standards, infection control and laboratory guidelines.
