Applies the nursing process to plan and manage the care of complex patients in a comprehensive manner. Recognizes complex learning needs and prepares individual teaching plans for patients/families and consistently demonstrates effective patient education to peers. Consistently ensures a comprehensive continuum of care plan in collaboration with the health care team. Demonstrates and role models effective communication and conflict resolution skills. Ensures evidence-based care and continuously monitors patient outcomes. Furthers professional growth by engaging in learning activities according to Board of Nursing standards.
