This role comes through OBL Staffing, a staffing partner — assignment-style terms, so ask exactly which facility you'd land in. The posted pay pencils out to roughly $114k–$135k a year. Per-diem means you set the rhythm — pick up when it works, step back when it doesn't.
About this role
*Job Description*
We are a growing startup staffing agency providing nursing support to outpatient surgery centers and ambulatory surgery centers throughout Southern California. Our partnered facility includes vascular, cardiac, and orthopedic surgeries. We are currently servicing Monterey Park and Victorville. Most shifts involve caring for conscious sedation patients, while some days may be propofol sedation or working alongside an anesthesiologist.
We are seeking an experienced Pre-op / PACU RN looking for flexibility, independence, and the ability to mange their own schedule. Shifts will be posted through Connecteam as a first come, first serve basis. You will clock in and out directly through the app.
This is a 1099 independent contractor position, not an employee role. The nurse will work with a high degree of professional independence and manage their own availability. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and benefits. Contractors are subject to credentialing review and background screening as a condition of engagement.
