- Conduct comprehensive assessments; identify and manage suicidal or self-injurious behavior and substance-use issues; ensure patient safety. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (IV teams, PT, Respiratory, Social Services, Pharmacy, Radiology, interpretation, unit secretaries) and participate in rapid response as appropriate. - Maintain accurate charting in the EMR and support an adaptable, high-stress clinical environment.
