About this role
This field-based role covers cases across Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties (including Palo Alto, Redwood City, and Sunnyvale). A training position designed for RNs without prior workers' comp experience. The role is field-based from your home office and includes local travel to medical provider offices. Choices Case Management is offering a rare opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse ready to transition from traditional clinical settings into the specialized field of Workers' Compensation Medical Case Management.

Requirements
- California Licensed RN
- Strong clinical experience and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Willingness to travel locally to provider appointments (approx. 60%)

- Must reside in the South Bay / Peninsula area
