* Provide wound care, skin assessments, and monitor for pressure injuries and other skin impairments * Complete timely and accurate documentation in *electronic medical records (EMR)* systems such as PointClickCare (PCC) * Communicate changes in condition to physicians and obtain/implement new orders as needed * Ensure all labs, diagnostics, and abnormal results are reported and followed up on promptly * Supervise and delegate tasks to CNAs and ensure completion of assigned care * Assist with *admissions, discharges, and transfers*, including medication reconciliation and required documentation * Maintain infection control standards and ensure compliance with safety protocols * Monitor and complete required facility logs (e.g., crash cart checks, glucometer logs, refrigerator logs) * Educate residents, families, and staff on care plans, safety, and disease management *Skills* * Experience with EMR/EHR systems such as PointClickCare preferred * Knowledge of long-term care regulations and standards of practice * Ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced environment * Skilled in medication administration, wound care, and basic nursing procedures * Experience working with geriatric populations, including dementia care * Strong communication and teamwork abilities * Ability to prioritize tasks and respond effectively to emergencies Pay: $27.00 - $40.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Referral program * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
