The RN RRT should take the role of teacher both during and after the event in order to best help the inexperienced nurses. What qualifications you will need: Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date (RN) Registered Nurse Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma No Travel Required 3 years experience Required Years of Experience Must have 3-5 years of recent experience in an ICU or an ER.
