Requirements

• while contributing to quality improvement initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role located at Piedmont Henry Hospital in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. Qualifications Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia, and eligibility to practice without restriction. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred. Clinical experience in an acute care or hospital setting; relevant specialty experience (e.g., medical-surgical, emergency, critical care) is an advantage. Demonstrated proficiency in patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, and monitoring of vital signs and patient status. Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple patients, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to patient safety, adherence to evidence-based practice, and participation in quality and performance improvement activities. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and other specialty certifications preferred, depending on unit. Comfort with electronic health records and standard hospital technologies used for documentation and patient monitoring.
