Women's Care is a specialty women's health physician group founded in 1998 by a small group of obstetricians and gynecologists in Florida.
Headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, the organization has grown to over 100 outpatient locations across Florida with more than 400 healthcare providers caring for over 760,000 visits annually. Providers perform over 24,000 deliveries per year. The group offers comprehensive services in obstetrics, gynecology, gynecologic oncology, urogynecology, gynecologic pathology, breast surgery, genetic counseling, maternal fetal medicine, laboratory services, and fertility. For nurses, Women's Care offers an ambulatory/outpatient practice environment focused exclusively on women's health. RN responsibilities include phone and in-person triage, administering medications and treatments, assisting physicians during examinations and testing, recording patient data in EMR (preferably eCW), collecting specimens, administering injections, and managing referrals and medication refills. The organization requires a minimum of one year of nursing experience in a clinic environment with OBGYN experience strongly preferred, along with a valid Florida RN license and BLS/CPR certification.
