Director of Clinical Education- Skilled Nursing

Design and deliver orientation, competency training, and ongoing clinical education. Serve on the QAPI Committee, identifying learning opportunities that improve outcomes. Mentor and support nursing staff, fostering confidence, accountability, and growth. Participate in on-call rotation and provide hands-on clinical support as needed. What We're Looking For Active Texas RN license is required. Skilled nursing or long-term care experience (education or leadership experience preferred).
